    Returns

    • Eligibility Window: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

    • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

    • Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized cases are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

    How to Start a Return

    To begin a return, please contact us at customerservice@cover.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.

    Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

    • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If the item is damaged, used, or outside the return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

    Exchanges
