Returns

Eligibility Window: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized cases are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at customerservice@cover.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the item is damaged, used, or outside the return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
Need a different style or size? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right—fast.
